What documents do I need to provide before moving in?
You'll need to provide proof of ID, Proof of income, and references, as outlined during the application process.
What happens if I can't pay my rent on time?
Please contact us immediately to discuss your situation. Late rent may incur charges as outlined in your tenancy agreement.
Who is responsible for utility bills?
Unless specified in your tenancy agreement, tenants are responsible for utilities such as gas, electricity, water, and internet.
How do I give notice to end my tenancy?
Written notice must be provided in line with the terms of your tenancy agreement.
What happens to my deposit at the end of the tenancy?
Your deposit will be returned in full, provided there is no damage to the property and all terms of the agreement have been met.
Do I need to arrange for professional cleaning before moving out?
The property must be left in the same condition as when you moved in. If it was professionally cleaned, you may need to arrange the same.
Can I decorate the property or make alterations?
Any alterations or decorating must be approved in writing by the landlord.
Am I allowed to keep pets in the property?
This depends on the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please contact us to confirm.
What happens if there are multiple tenants and one wants to move?
All tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent. Replacing a tenant requires written consent.
What is the difference between a fixed-term and a periodic tenancy?
A fixed-term tenancy has a set end date, while a periodic tenancy rolls on a weekly or monthly basis after the fixed term ends.
What is included in my inventory?
The inventory lists all items and their condition at the start of your tenancy. Review it carefully and report discrepancies within 7 days.

Notify us immediately of any changes to your phone number or email address.
